Launched in 2024, the Energize Mentorship Club is a flagship initiative by EnergyzBlack, designed to bridge the gap between emerging Black talent and opportunities in the clean energy and sustainability sectors. Through structured mentorship, skills development workshops, and access to a growing network of industry professionals, the club empowers early-career individuals and students to navigate their career paths with confidence.
