Who We Are

Energyz Black is the largest community of black professionals in the energy sector. We are a community-led organization established to champion a paradigm shift for promoting excellence, and support the development of Black professionals in the energy sector.

From early-career professionals to founders, operators, investors, and allies, our community is united by a shared belief: everyone should have the opportunity to start, grow, and thrive in energy, and the sector is stronger when they do.
