Energyz Black is a non-profit organization established to champion a paradigm shift for promoting black excellence, provide a platform for a unified voice to represent black interests, support on professional development and further encourage the participation of black professionals in the energy sector at large.

Our 3 key thematic areas help achieve increased representation in the sector, address systemic barriers limiting growth and promote excellence through mentorship, skills acquisition, advocacy, and collaboration.
