What we look for in a partner
The strongest partnerships work both ways. Here's what we look for:
Genuine commitment
A real commitment to diversity and equity in energy a long-term stance, not a one-off gesture.
Real opportunities
A willingness to open doors, roles, internships, work experience or a hiring pipeline for Black energy talent.
Support with impact
Backing that moves the needle, funding, mentors, speakers or in-kind resources for our programmes and events.
A long-term outlook
Partners who want to build lasting change with us over time, not a single campaign.
