This also includes a regular mentoring community where young energy enthusiasts and students can learn from experienced professionals in the sector.

Swift is led by Edwin, this programme is aimed at helping students and energy professionals gain insight, knowledge and direction to help start, thrive and build required social capital to thrive in the energy Industry. This involves the delivery of trainings, workshops that help develop the required skills to thrive in the energy sector By engaging with local schools, colleges, universities, community groups and government, we will bridge the skills gap lacking in black professionals and create exciting pathways to an energy career
